  2. Corporate social responsibility, also known as CSR, is the concept that a business has a responsibility to do good. Involvement of employee in direct decision making is a critical success factor for holding improved CSR performance. Individuals with different thought processes, improved technological advancement have the tools and the opportunity to take an advantage of employee's commitment to, and engagement in, the organisation’s CSR strategy which shall affect various domains of environment. CSR means that a company should self-regulate its actions and be socially accountable to its customers, stakeholders, and the world at large.

    CSR is based on two broad theories:

    One, it is based on diluting the environmental factors of amalgamation of social surroundings, community and social developmental ideas with the business. Second, working on developing the business models more ethical and the workplace to be best place to work within.
