Dean Academics ( Phd in Management Only) Job Location: Sector 125 , Noida Working Days: Monday – Saturday Department: Academics Qualifications: Doctorate in Management ( Mandatory) Designation: Professor & Dean (Business School in Sector 125, Noida) Experience: 15 Years+ working experience with Tier 1 Business School Compensation : 14 - 18 Lacs/annum Job Description: 1. ?As the figure head of the institute, Dean should have the vision and leadership ability to keep the institute developing in accordance with the mission and vision of the institute. 2. Monitor and conduct academic activities of the institute under the guidance of the Management and Directors with the assistance of Heads of Departments. 3. Ensure and deliver ‘Quality Education’ across the institute. 4. Take institute and faculty feedback and design as well as execute the remedial actions. 5. Plan and take the necessary actions for improvement of results and academics. 6. Promote industry institution interaction as well as research & development activity. 7. Conduct the periodic meetings of the faculties for effective administration in the institution. 8. Make the employee and students aware of the rules, policies and procedures laid down by the institution and see to it that they are enforced upon. 9. Monitor and update the institute website with complete information about the institute. 10. Recommend allocation of budget for the departments as requested by the Head of Departments to the Governing body. 11. Plan and conduct Conferences, Seminars, FDP’s & MDP’s from time to time. 12. Collaborate with various government funding bodies for sponsorships. 13. Collaborate for Consultancy Projects. 14. Collaborate for Sponsored Projects of Industry. 15. Put more focus on Research Papers getting published in Scopus Indexed journals. 16. Initiate Introduction of Case Writing Workshops. 17. Focus on Start-up India Incubator Centre. 18. Be involved in development of Entrepreneurship Development and Incubation Centre. 19. Ensure proper functioning and upgradation of Internal Quality Assurance Cell along with its Norms/Strategy/Implementation. 20. Ensure and work for Outcome Based Learning Model with Measurable Rubrics. 21. Develop Measurable ‘Academic Process Evaluation Systems’. 22. Plan the ways and means to develop teaching skills of Faculty Members. 23. Lead and coordinate in the curriculum development on a regular basis. 24.
